Purchase Process

Below outlines the steps for ordering custom furniture from BopFurniture:

1. Customization Consultation

Our sales team will collaborate with you to finalize design details, including style, dimensions, and material preferences. We provide an extensive selection of wood finishes and fabric swatches for customization.

Important: You are responsible for verifying that all furniture dimensions align with your space’s entry points (e.g., doorways, staircases, elevators). Review our Measurement Guide to ensure seamless delivery.

2. Agreement & Deposit

Once specifications are confirmed, we will issue a sales agreement to formalize your order and protect your rights. A 50% deposit is required to initiate production.

3. Production

BopFurniture pieces are meticulously crafted by hand, ensuring each item carries subtle, artisanal variations. These natural differences celebrate the uniqueness of handmade craftsmanship. Note that final products may slightly differ from website imagery.

Special Orders:

- Custom orders enter production immediately after confirmation and cannot be altered or canceled.

- Average production time: 30–40 days. Delays, if any, will be communicated via email.

4. Final Approval & Payment

Upon completion, we will share images of your finished product for approval. After confirmation, the remaining 50% balance is due. Shipping arrangements begin once full payment is received.

5. Shipping

Delivery Address Accuracy: Ensure all shipping details (address, contact number) are correct.

United States Orders:

- Direct-to-door delivery includes shipment to the nearest port based on your state.

- Transit time: 30–45 days to port, followed by 7–14 days for customs clearance and final delivery.

6. Delivery

Unloading Responsibility: Recipients must arrange for unloading. BopFurniture does not provide assembly or in-home placement services. Review our Delivery Guide for preparation tips.
